"Lorenzo is happy and well looked after at the nursery. The pictures and updates we receive are always meaningful, and the staff’s observations are thoughtful and insightful. Lorenzo has developed a strong bond with the team and often talks fondly about the people at nursery.
The environment they create is calm, positive, and nurturing — the children are friendly and caring towards one another. We’ve noticed a big improvement in Lorenzo’s vocabulary and confidence. After a short adjustment period, he now looks forward to going to nursery every day and even takes the initiative to put on his shoes and jacket to get ready.

"Every member of staff at Upminster Little Learners has shown a genuine interest in our son and always encourages the things he enjoys. His keyworker is wonderful at putting methods in place to help him overcome any challenges, and it’s great to see how happy he is going in.
The communication from the staff is excellent. We are always informed about our son’s day and progress, and it’s lovely to see regular updates and photos of what he’s been up to. The team are so approachable and supportive.
